Trip Charge and Diagnostic Fee
The Diagnostic Fee includes the trip time to your home plus diagnosing the appliance.
Hourly Service Rate
Once your appliance has been properly diagnosed, the hourly service rate will begin once the customer approves moving forward with the repair. The Hourly Service Rate is billed in thirty-minute increments.
